I have a Kenwood TM-V71a  that I did an upgrade to a RC-D710.  I put in a VGS-1 Voice card for voice recording and voice announcements functions. It comes with Garmin nüvi 350 GPS for APRS and the cable that attaches to the control head to the GPS. It also has a programming cable, power cables, brackets and owner manuals. I have already sold the TM-V71a control head. It all works really good just don't have time for it anymore.
