This mower is one year old.  It has a 36" cut.  It has a mulch kit or it can side discharge.  You steer it with the handles and can pull a sulkie or a little trailer you can stand on so you dont have to walk.  I bought it late last year and to mow some of the nicer yards I was hired to mow, however I have changed jobs and no longer have time to mow for hire.  This does a fantastic job and is in PERFECT condition.  It has about 10 hours on it total!
