95 and 99 yz 250

I have a 95 yz 250 runs great but the suspension is rough  I also have a 99 yz 250 that needs an engine so I was going to put the 99 suspension on the 95 or pull the 95 engine out and put it on the 99 but  now I would rather have a 4 stroke I will take 750
