1978 Mobile Traveler Class B motorhome
Description
This s a 1978 Mobile Traveler 19’ Class B motorhome. It has 91k miles and is in great shape. It has a Chevrolet 350 engine with a three speed automatic transmission. It has a roof mouned air contidioner with heating element and an Onan microlite generator for self sufficient camping. I wouldn’t hesitate to travel anywhere in the US with this unit. We have been to Yellowstone, Oshkosh WI, and most recently to Wendover NV. It is always stored indoors. We are asking $6,700 for the unit. You can call me at 308-440-3544 for more information.
Here are things that we have done to fix and upgrade the motorhome:
1.Replaced rear door lock with new latch assembly
2.Replaced burnt out oil pressure and temp lights and instrument lights
3. Resealed both side loft windows when recarpeting loft.
4. Replaced reading light bulbs.
5. Replaced front and rear speakers with new ones
6. Installed Microlite generator with remote start
7. Made wood cover for right wheel well.
8. Mounted switches for sofa
9. Replaced exhaust manifold gaskets.
10. Replaced muffler and tail pipe.
11. Resealed roof
12. Replaced front sun visors
13. Replaced wiper blades and arms.
14. Replaced headlights and repaired clearance lights.
15. Replaced fuel pump and repaired rubber fuel line.
16. Repaired rust area in floor and repainted.
17. Added 12v outlet for computer.
18. Repaired and resealed toilet.
19. Removed gas refrigerator vent on roof, fabricated patch and resealed.
20. Removed gas refrigerator and installed electric dorm size refrigerator.
21. Installed microwave on top of refrigerator
22. Fabricated and installed new shelving in closet.
23. Removed stove, sink, and exhaust hood. Fabricated patch for exhaust fan hole.
24. Removed hot water heater. Fabricated patch for hole in side of motorhome.
25. Replaced roof vent in loft
26. Replaced battery tray).
27. Repaired rust hole in firewall.
28. Replaced air conditioner compressor). Converted system to 149 coolant.
29. Replaced alternator and air conditioner belts.
30. Replaced quadrajet carb with Holley
31. Removed LP tank and plumbing.
32. Resealed holding tank and replaced valve
33. Replaced canvas spare tire cover with Fiberglass and chrome
34. Installed new screen door fabric
35. Removed existing water lines and replumbed.
36. Relocated inverter.
37. Added 12 volt outlets to cabin.
38. Replaced front seats and belts and added shoulder harness
39. Added rear fold down sofa and seat to cabin
40. Added seat belts to sofa and cabin seat.
41. Fabricated cabinet and moved water tank to LH side of cabin.
42. Installed new carpet in cab and loft.
43. Installed new wood laminate floor
44. Fixed windshield washer.

47. Replaced doors including electric windows and locks and remote mirrors.
48. Installed front fender flares and steps.
49. Installed chrome front bumper with license plate step.

54. Packed front wheel bearings and inspect brake pads and rear brake shoes.
