This would be a fun winter project or start now. It can be used as it is However the beds would need to be replaced or use a pillow top. I'd replace them. I don't know if the gas light work but the electric  does. I don't know about the water tank but it's their. Or the fridge or stove. I have a good used Propane stove i'll throw in for free.

I'd recommend you to stop by to look at it and this is for pick up only and payment is to be made in person when picking it up no paypal for this OK since your picking it up.

My intentions were to polish it up and restore it and I'll add more pictures later. This is priced to sell. Restored these sell for  $4,000.00 and up. This is one of the older ones that's desirable because it doesn't have that odd top front. Email me if you wish to come by and look at it this is a 3 day auction.

I had really wanted to keep this because its a Land Commander and match's my land Cruiser but i need to get cought up on some bills and i don't believe I'll ever finish it.To many Irons in the fire.

As far it overall condition it's passably a 6 or 7 out of 10.

  1. The metal sub-floor is great no rust or holes. The carpet could be changed.
  2. The stove has minor rust on its top but nothing major it looks as if the plating came off in those places.
  3. The fridge is in generally great inside and out. the front bottom 2 corners looks like the porcline came. and the very bottom cover is missing.
  4. the bed/seat will have to be replaced they have old blankets on them so it doesn't look all that bad.
  5. the plastic dome sunroof/vent is broken but covered.
  6. 1 front window had been taken out for a conditioner. and 1 window is cracked in the front left side.
  7. the door screen needs to be replaced but it closes fine.
  8. The tires seem to be fine they have had the same air in them when i got it over a year ago. And the spear is flat.
  9. The walls are in fairly goo shape for its age.
  10. the ceiling is also fine for its age. But theirs a little water damage from the broken dome. Also where they had the AC theirs water damage. All minor fix's
  11. Someone had attached a cargo area on the back.
  12. The fold sown tables are in good shape.
  13. All the draws and cabinet doors work fine.
  14. I don't know if this model had a toilet or not but their a 2" pipe in the bottom corner in that closet area.
  15. Please see images and ask any questions before bidding thanks.
  16. In general if you buy this Vintage Camper / trailer you'd probably Gut it out but in the condition it's in now you could use it.
  17. I haven't hooked up the lights.
  18. Like i said she's in fairly good shape considering her age and it should be a easy restore because theirs no big issues with her. a little TLC will go a long way
