This is a brand new scooter. Actual miles-3. Title says 49cc, it is listed as being able to reach 29 MPH. This is for in-town usage only or for the grad around campus. Not to be used on the highway, so you don't need a motorcycle license just a drivers license. This would be great for running errands, light shopping, or for college.
