Antique 3-burner Kerosene Stove

I have an old antique 3-burner Kerosene Stove which as far as I can tell all the pieces are there.  It does nave quite a bit of surface rust and would need to be cleaned up pretty good (see pictures).  The glass resevoir is intact/not cracked and the window cannisters are in fair condition.  I'm not exactly sure what its worth, but a picker came through and said if he had room in the back of his pickup he would give $200.  Make me an offer.
