This is a 22' bumper pull camper.  We have replaced the door, fenders, tires, awning, refrigerator, kitchen faucet and water pump.     Roof was recoated in 2012.  No leaks.   It has 2-30 gal lp gas bottles.  It is fully self-contained (full bathroom).  It sleeps 5-6 people. 
The air-conditioner will keep you nice & cool in the summer time.  It also has a furnace but do not use it.  We are selling this one because we have purchased a larger camper. The empty weight of camper is 2990.  You can pull this camper with a 1/2T Pickup.
