Classic 1979 Kenworth W900A Daycab (sleeper removed before we bought it), 3406pcta B model Caterpillar, dual breathers & exhaust, 15 spd OD, Jake brake, 4:33 ratio, 8 bag air ride, full fenders, 11R24.5 alum w/ like new recaps, 80%+ BFG Virgin Steer tires, power steering, 240" WB, teal ext., tan int., nice clean truck, dual air ride high back seats, AM/FM/CD player, CB radio, 16780 chassis weight, 48600 GVW We have removed the decals from the doors. Odometer reads 016,656 and it is a different brand, not KW anymore, so not sure of actual milage. Repair record from 2004 said 14,xxx so not driven much since then, and know motor was rebuilt before we bought it in 1999. New king pins, tie rods, ball joints, driveline, and rear axle supports around 2002, but can't find records of that (must have been thrown away since over 7 years ago). Selling because we bought another Peterbilt with 13 speed so all trucks have same gear pattern. Only things know of that may need repair are: 1. air leaks down fairly fast when truck is shut off (typical for age of truck) 2. bushings in rear axle stabilizers are cracking and worn 3. A/C not hooked up, don't know what needs replaced/repaired. More pictures available, please leave a message if I don't answer and I'll call you back.
