Up for sale is my personal Point Blank IOTV in ACU pattern size XL Long. I am 6-4 275lbs and this vest fits perfect. VERY HARD TO FIND THIS SIZE!!!! I bought this vest a little while back for work and have decided I no longer need it (not military). It is NOT of Military inventory and is legal for sale in Kansas (as long as the buyer isn't a felon). I would be interested in cash, trades for 9mm pistols or a mini 14. This vest has been worn so dont expect new, but is in very good shape. It does come with the ballistic panels but NOT the rifle plates but is ready to accept them. Understand that this will be a face to face only and you must sign a reciept acknowledging that you are not a felon. Sorry this is for my personal protection.
