You can Google this item on the internet and it will tell you all the details.  This is a used, very clean unit, that has not been used very much.  Bought it for my business, but it turned out to be way to big.  Will cook 60lbs of food in an hour.  Needs no venting, which is the best part.  If you are opening up a restaurant this would be great as you will not need an expensive vent.  Ask any questions you would like.  These sell for around $13,000 new.

This unit is used, but is clean and in great shape.  Would work well in a restaurant that has a heavy noon croud and is trying to get food out fast.  Very nice looking fryer.

Have posted pictures of the original fryer as it looks but still needs a little cleanup.
