We have a 95 pop up camper that needs some work. We tried setting it up today and the metal cable broke. so that would need to be fixed. Not sure how much that is. Also the side has some water damage that rotted the wood. now the inside is great and roof its self never leaked. One bed is a queen and other side is a king. The table folds down to make a bed and the couch as well.  AC works great and has a toilet. it has a furnace and a fridge in it. We are selling as is and are negotiable.
