Full-Time Farm/Ranch Position – Help Wanted

We are a diversified farm and ranch operation with a seed wheat business, looking to add a dependable, motivated individual to our team. This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits and health insurance available, and potential for advancement for the right person.

About the Role:

You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks across our farm and ranch operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planting and drilling

• Harvesting

• Seed cleaning and handling

• Equipment maintenance and shop work

• Livestock care (cow/calf operation)

Some tasks are time-sensitive and require flexibility during busy seasons like planting, harvest, and calving. This may include occasional evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Non-commercial Class A (or higher) driver’s license

• Ability to operate modern farm equipment

• Experience in all stages of cow/calf production

• Basic mechanical skills

• Welding experience

• Strong attention to detail
