Pat's Beef Jerky is seeking a Production Manager to join our team. We are a full service USDA inspected jerky plant focusing on ready to eat and heat treated products as well as fresh ground pork bratwurst. The production manager will oversee all aspects of the production process, regulatory compliance, and operations across the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
The role involves supervising and scheduling production staff, ensuring adherence to SSOP and HACCP, providing training for new staff and upholding safety standards. They are responsible for maintaining accurate HACCP logs, and adhering to all sanitation protocols. The production manager serves as a liaison between the owner, USDA representatives, and team members. The job requires you to track production metrics, as well as inventory, raw materials and packaging.
