This vintage Fairbanks platform scale is a piece of Palco, Kansas history, located at the Palco railroad depot where it was a part of weighting various items. This scale is in very good vintage condition. It rolls smoothly and would be a great display piece with a little TLC. The wooden platform has been replaced with weathered wood. Four (4) cast iron weights are included – 500lb., 200lb., 100lb. & 50lb. It stands 4 feet high from the ground to the top of the horizontal arm.
