Position Overview – Full time

We are a successful State Farm Agency in Hays and are looking for our next great team member to fill the  role of an Insurance representative, taking care of  Customer Service & sales.  Hours would be a permanent position of 9-5 M-F. Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Administrative duties as assigned
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
