this thing used to be a shuttle bus, but has been upgraded by a professional diesel mechanic/carpenter, it is so loaded, has a wheel chair lift, fully electric adjustable hospital bed, full sized bed, kitchenette, with microwave oven, toaster oven, cook top, mini fridge, bathroom with shower, working toilet, air conditioning front and top, and propane heating and heating with top ac, generator, rear monitor and hitch for pulling boats etc.... the motor is a cummings diesel.
