• Serviced March 2025: Removed/washed/inspected bearings and races. All in good condition so repacked with fresh grease and installed with new seals. Replaced dust cap plugs. Cleaned, inspected, and adjusted brakes. Replaced magnet on right/middle axle. All brakes in good condition and working well. Removed grease zerks on all axle arms, cleaned and greased.  Inspected tires. All in good condition and aired to 100 psi. The spare does have a flat spot on it.  Inspected the lights. All working. Cam latch was loose; we replaced the bushing and brace on the middle of the cam latch post and adjusted the arm. Now latch is tight and working well. Greased jack and hinges. Trailer is ready to go!
