I would like to introduce myself and my business. My name is Kyle Crowther and I own and operate Diamond KC Forestry Service.

I founded Diamond KC Forestry Service. In 2019 with a focus in preserving central Kansas prairies.

For a little history about myself, I have been involved in the agricultural field in some aspect my entire life. I grew up on a small ranch near McPherson, KS where my family raised cattle and farmed land. After high school I went on to Southeast Community College and completed the John Deere Ag Tech Program. After several years of being an Ag Tech I went back to farming alongside my dad and in 2010 I took over the care of our family land and pastures. I always knew how important preserving the land was and this helped me brainstorm a way of doing this. Trees of all varieties have spread and consumed many of our Kansas prairies and pastures and I have the solution to take your land back to a manageable state.

Since the inception of Diamond KC Forestry Service in 2019, I have spent more than 4,000 hours cleaning and clearing trees from over 10,000 acres in Central Kansas. This includes several GPGI and EQUIP programs that NRCS assets with along with private landowners. Diamond KC Forestry Service predominantly focuses on large acreage, commercial, and right of way tracts of land. The equipment currently in use consists of 2 large Skid Steers with several different forestry heads and a Caterpillar D3 Dozer.
