Description
OCMH is hiring an IT coordinator to support all hardware and software at the hospital. This role requires an understanding of network systems and administration, user support, security, and compliance. In addition to maintaining software and hardware and supporting hospital staff needs, this individual will work with external contractors and consultants that support OCMH systems and processes. Applicants should have excellent problem-solving and customer service skills and desire to resolve issues in a timely manner. A familiarity with healthcare systems and a bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field is preferred.
