HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:  The Sharp Construction Business Liquidation features a plethora of hand tools, power tools, and more. There is some very nice quality office furniture. A very nice selection of building fasteners like Tek screws and self-tappers with rubber seals. Every is sitting in an open warehouse with easy access for loadout. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Sales Tax and NO Reserves. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

PLEASE NOTE:
All of the power tools have been tested and are in working order, unless otherwise noted. The building is in the industrial park in Valley Center. There is a bit of construction going on so please use maps to navigate the area. There will be some signage.
