I will be taking a holstein heifer into Kirby Meat in Dodge City on Monday the 17th. I only need a quarter so I am trying to sell the other 3. I do 2 options: 1. Feedyard weight less 4% and then I will back the price off 20 cents from the market on that day or 2. The hanging weight at Kirby's at the market price that day. Contact me through Nex-Tech.
