The oil pan was broken when I bought it. In replacing the oil pan, I had to also replace the crankshaft seal. This required removing the transmission. As a result, I replaced the clutch with an OEM part, made in Germany. I also replaced the pressure bearing, transmission seal and the front bearings since it had 140,312 miles. I also installed a new timing belt and belt pulleys as well as a new water pump and new alternator. I wanted to make sure the car would go another 140,312 miles.
