Comes with almost everything pictured inside, including all the bedding, towels, utensils, dinnerware, etc.

We are second owners and have shedded it when not in use. First owners sealed it every year. It’s really in excellent shape for its age. Inside has been somewhat updated, but the outside graphics are faded. The cover on the sunlight in the bedroom needs to be replaced and we have the parts. The awning still has a little life left in it, but will probably need to be replaced soon.

JD Power says it’s 31’8”….we were able to pull it with a half-ton Chevy no problem. Does come with sway bar hitch.
