Sofa can be modified by extending that out into the passageway making it roughly 47 x 70". Original owner lived in for 4 years and put on 200,000 miles. I've camped for 5 years in Kansas on weekends and put on 25000 miles. The Max Air fan vent does not open. It is fixable. I never used it. The van has dents and dings not easily visible. I'll show you all, if you are serious. I’d be willing to take a bank certified check verified at your bank or mine or at least with me able to call a branch and verify the check is real. Of course, cash also works.
