2 Goodman heating and A/C units. They were installed and used very little. They are tested before disconnecting them. The heating units didn't even look like they had been used. The coils showed no discoloration. The duct work was spotless inside. City government installed them and then changed venues. The compressors are 5 ton units. The indoor units can be mounted vertical upflow, down-flow, or horizontal. Variable speed blower and A/C is rated at 60,000 BTU and the heater is rated at 68,000 BTU. Manuals will be provided. You can inspect before the units are removed.  It will also come with the disconnect box. These are great for home, shop, garage or any building. Great if you will have trouble running flue pipe and lines for natural gas.
