Barton Community College is seeking an Administrative Assistant – K. This is a full time replacement position. Position reports to the Director of HZMT, EMHS & OSHA. Position responsibilities include: answering phones and directing phone calls to the appropriate areas. Assists with matters pertaining to entering enrollments, maintaining book lists/inventory, scheduling classes and room assignments, maintaining and updating files for programs, and producing enrollment, progress and graduation reports as needed and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
