2002 crew cab 350 4x4 with a 7.3L powerstroke. I had a little run in with a guard rail and now it has a small bend in the frame on the left side right by the fuel tank. It's in the pics but you can't see it very good. I already took the bed off. The rear-end and everything attached to the rear-end was pretty much demolished. Everything past the back of the cab is still in good shape. Transmission, engine and the 4 wheel drive are all good.  I had just spent about 4k on the engine last summer (new turbo and some other items)  and the injectors are only 4 years old. Replaced the water pump a year ago. The brake calipers were all new last summer. I have the receipts for all the work done on it. It got about 18 miles per gallon. It does have a superchip programmer. Has a banks cold air intake.  It would make a nice flatbed if a person has the time to work on it.  I would consider a reasonable offer.
