Located on the largest and best lot in Beaumont Kansas! This estate is up for bid! To view the real estate, go to Sudduth Realty’s website – it ends February 6th. The owners here had several collections and interests From Peanuts Christmas decorations, good looking furniture, books, tools, Beaumont history and pen making supplies! If you’re interested in pens, making them, or need some supplies, then this is your auction! Many power tools in the attic and unique items and antiques in the shed and old garage! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available. Tips accepted if you do need help.

PLEASE NOTE:
It will be best if we allow only trailers to back up to the house/garage. So, if you just buy small items, it is best to park on the street. Large, unwieldy items will be loaded out of the house and 2 car garage.
