Considering a start-up business that will rent weekly space for a common area to house garage sale/swap meet/flea market items in Hays, Kansas. Facilities would include indoor and outdoor booth rentals and plenty of space to install pop-up tents/shelters. Facility will only be open on weekends from approx April-October.. This would not be a facility for permanent usage rather set up/tear down weekly. Space rentals would be due weekly.
