This is a pickup/camper combo.

The pickup is a 2008 F250 6.8L V-10 with only 57,000 miles.  Pickup has factory installed brake controller and a soft bed cover.  Nice Tires all the way around, everything works as it should.

The camper is a 2020 Dutchmen Atlas 3202BH.  This is a bunkhouse camper with 2 sets of bunkbeds in the bunkroom.  The bunkroom has lots of storage and a place for the kids to eat in their own space should they choose.  The master bedroom has a king size bed, smart tv and its own exit/entry door.  The living/dining area is very spacious with a U-shapped dinet that converts to a bed.  The kitchen has a microwave, gas oven/stove and fridge that can operate on gas or electric.  The living room has a couch that converts to a bed, a nice size smart tv and an electric fireplace.  There is also a nice size pantry and extra storage in the entry.  On the outside there is a full width storage compartment on the front, a small outdoor kitchen with mini fridge on the back.  This is a 50 amp camper that is pre-wired for a 2nd A/C in the master bedroom should you choose to have it installed.  There are 2 slides making the camper very spacious. 

Included is a hitch with weight distribution bars, storage rack on the rear reciever hitch, water hoses, sewer hoses, wheel chocks, leveling blocks and a 30 amp serge protector.
