HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:
This is the second auction from this lively estate! We concentrated on several types of items in this one. We have Chandeliers, Polyphon, Regina, Columbia, Victor, Edison, and Amberola Phonographs. I found a “Cob Roller” as well. We have 78’s in 10 and 12 inch and many cylinder rolls. The hutches, cabinets, and other furniture is available as it has all been emptied out by now! In the tech room, we will have both helicopter and flight simulators as well as other controls; Oculus and Thrustmaster are some names! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available. Tips accepted if you do need help.

PLEASE NOTE:
If the weather is bad or has recently been bad, that will make the driveway more difficult. Please pull off to the side to allow thru access to others. There will be an entry and an exit. Many items have already been boxed for you, but bring everything you might need just in case!

Local Pickup Preferred. If you are interested in an item being shipped,
call first to arrange it – small items only!
We will charge a $5 handling fee for each shipped lot. Will ship USPS flat rate charges. All else will go to a pack and ship that will bill me their charges, I will forward them to you. No framed art or mirrors will be shipped. There are many fragile items, call before bidding to see if we can ship them.

Cash is preferred payment method
Credit and debit are also acceptable methods of payment
If your invoice is larger than $1,000, a wire transfer or cash is required
Checks taken by prior approval only.
Should you use a personal or cashier check,
you can remove your items once the check clears
Bring cash, call to arrange your preferred method of payment
