Barton Community College is seeking applications for the Director of Institutional Effectiveness. This position has primary responsibility for the leadership of institutional effectiveness and research, ensuring the accurate collection, analysis, and data reporting to support accreditation, grant development, institutional reporting and decision-making. This position serves on the President’s Cabinet and plays a key role in assisting the President with strategic planning efforts. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
