Description
I have two butcher steers that have harvest appointments at Heritage Meats in Leoti for February 4th. Meat would be available approximately two weeks after.
Right now, both steers are available either as whole beef, halves, or quarters. They will be sold based on dressed weight, at that week's market price.
I also have at least one half beef available that will be harvested at Grinnell Locker on January 16th.
