HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:  What an exceptional collection of high-quality antiques and collectibles! This was gathered over the years through family inheritances and nationwide antique shop purchases! Along with the normal estate items from the kitchen, garage, and yard… we have rarities, treasures, one of a kind décor, antiques, furniture, and art! Splitting this into two separate auctions was a must! The first concentrates on the upstairs while the second goes into the basement where the lady of the house arrange it much like a museum! Many items have history, prices, and information related to those items. Stay tuned for #2 which will have a flight simulator, records, phonographs, 2 polyphons, lawyers cabinets, oil lamps, hanging oil lamps, and chandeliers! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

PLEASE NOTE:
Concierge Pickup: For those who would like to pickup all purchases from auction #1 and #2 at the same time on pickup days for auction #2, there will be a $75 charge for that added convenience. If you need shipping, there is a handling fee per lot (see below). Call the number below with any questions BEFORE you require those serves for more explanation. Otherwise, local pickup is business as normal, no additional charges! All gun buyers must pick up in person. Buyer’s must be current residents of the state of Kansas, have a valid Kansas Issued ID, be 21 years of age or older, and maintain all of their 2nd Amendment Rights. We will not ship guns and ammo.

5 lots a minute starting at 4:00 with soft close and extended bid features
(the auction does not completely close out all at one time)

(Address will be given to winning bidders on their invoices)

Local Pickup/Loadout Dates:
Saturday, January 25th from 11:00am to 4:00pm
Sunday, January 26th from 11:00am to 4:00pm

**SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR SMALL ITEMS**

$5 per lot handling fee for shipping. Will ship USPS small, medium, or large box at current rates only. All other items that do not fit into standard USPS flat rate boxes will go to a pack and ship retailer and those rates will be charged as we are billed. No framed art/mirrors will be shipped.
