HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:
This auction has several authentic WWI bonds posters, an amazing pair of original Ray-Ban sunglasses, an extensive collection of Life magazines from the 30s and 40s, and so much more!

In 1896, Arthur J Carruth, a lawyer from New York, came to Herington, Kansas during the railroad boom and founded the first Carruth Jewelry Store. The Carruth family owned multiple businesses in Herington including a watch makers shop, a millinery, and some others. Their last business closed in 1983. The majority of the items in this auction came from the family home which saw three generations of Carruth’s and the various businesses. Some of the items survived a building fire that unfortunately claimed a lot of items as well. The family has cleaned and restored everything they could salvage, and it is now being offered at auction. This is the second of several auction from this estate so keep an eye out for more coming soon.

Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

Loadout will be from the large Morton building behind the home, not the home itself.
