Job Summary: H&R Block in Norton, KS, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Service Professional (CSP) to join our team for the upcoming tax season. As a CSP, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, supporting tax professionals, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Reception: Greet clients warmly, manage client flow in the office, and assist with appointment check-ins.
Scheduling: Maintain and organize appointment calendars, book appointments, and follow up on client scheduling requests.
Document Management: Assist clients with the preparation and collection of necessary tax documents and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide basic information about H&R Block services.
Payment Processing: Handle client payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Office Administration: Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Client Support: Assist clients with questions and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate tax professionals.
Team Collaboration: Support tax professionals with administrative tasks as needed and work collaboratively to ensure office efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, data entry systems).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
