Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems is seeking an employee for Human Resources. This full-time individual will work closely with the Human Resource Director, focusing on employee recruitment and retention, employee support, benefit administration, conflict resolution and our positive company culture. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, managing employee-related social media, scheduling and facilitating employee onboarding and orientation, attending recruitment fairs, administering employee benefits, assisting with time/attendance/payroll processes, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture to enhance employee satisfaction through HR projects, initiatives and the Workplace of Choice team. This position requires a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment, along with outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.
