LINK Inc. is expanding and is in need of a Peer Mentor. This position requires staff to use their personal experience regarding the needs of people with substance use and mental health concerns to aid in the client's recovery journey. Staff must be knowledgeable about recovery and able to model a healthy recovery lifestyle for all clients served. In addition, the staff member will also be able to assist any client with an assessment of needs for living independently in the community, help the client to learn the skill of setting goals and encourage the client to meet the goals set, and will follow up with the client regarding completion of goals.
Competitive pay and benefits available
