Have for sale a 24 foot bumper hitch camper, 27 foot to hitch.

This is a 1992 Cobra, has a metal roof and is good condition. 

Have installed a 6 gallon water heater and will operate on propane or electric, can  operate on both to have continual hot water.

New tires with load range E installed two years ago and these are the higher pressure and higher load rating. Will inflate to 65 psi and pulls much easier. Try to pull it monthly to keep the tires pliable. Less than 500 miles on them. 
Fridge has new circuit board installed and will work on A/C or propane. 

The awning is operaable.

The furnace has had a new circuit board installed and works well, used it in Nov.

Have used it twice this year and time to downsize.
