Finally! Yes, this is the last one. We had to make sure everything was lotted and get the largest and hardest items to move, SOLD! From a Conex box down to a pipe wrench, we have it this time! Any need for viewing, call me to arrange a visit! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available. Tips accepted if you do need help.

PLEASE NOTE:
For those of you winning any of the large buildings, know that I will work with your carrier in case a special date is needed. Just pay during the day of pickup and discuss your plans with me then. Large items like the hoists will require the need for helpers, tools, and anything else you may need! Bring what you need!
