We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing the needs of clients, providing support, and facilitating access to necessary resources. This role requires a strong understanding of patient assessment, medical records management, and adherence to HIPAA regulations. The Social Worker will work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop tailored plans that promote mental health and well-being.
