About the Role:

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our recruitment process, supporting the talent acquisition team in finding top-tier candidates who align with the Center’s culture and values. You'll be managing multiple tasks, from scheduling interviews to assisting with candidate communication, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Your contributions will help us attract and retain the best talent in the industry!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of recruitment duties to assist in the Human Resources operations of the Center.
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, and the needs of the organization.
  • Handles the job posting and advertisement processes for both internal and external positions.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers and directors.
  • Collaborates with the Human Resources staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Conduct candidate reference checks to gather information about their background, experience, and skills.
  • Ensures adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A blend of education and experience that equips you with the skills for success
  • Preferably, 3+ years of experience in HR or recruiting
  • High school diploma (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong grasp of office practices and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and tackle challenges with strong problem-solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the recruitment process
  • Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of computers, software, and office equipment
  • A passion for continuous improvement and mastering new technologies
