I have For Sale an Adjustable Weight Bench. It has One Flat, and Two Incline lifting positions. It has the Combination Leg Curl and Leg Extensions Attachment with It.  It also has the Chest Flies Attachment with It.  

It has been used, but not abused.  The Bench has always been covered with a towel while being used.  So it has been kept free from sweat.  It has always been in my basement, so there is no weather related deterioration on it.

It is manufactured by Eagle Fitness.

The first photo is with the bench in the highest incline position.  The other three photos are in the flat position, and taken in various angles/views.  All photos have the leg curls, leg extentions, and chest fly attachments shown.
