Sigma DM-5 six string guitar.  Truss Rod accessible via soundhole.  On board equalizer with pre-amp which I believe were added some years after manufacture and seems to be missing the lid to the battery compartment.  Has some nicks, dings and finish cracks.  Built in Japan for C. F. Martin Company.  I gave it a good cleaning and strung it with a set of D'Addario strings.  She sounds great, but, I think the truss rod and set-up may need adjusted $200.00.
