Working good, pickup had bad engine. Had 182k miles pickup was bone stock. 4 Wheel Drive. Should work on 2005-2007 5.9 Cummins. If your truck has the cable throttle pedal this wont work on your pickup, usually its 2003-2004.5 pickups that have the cable throttle pedal.
