I am selling my Bearcat hammermill. Selling because I no longer need it. It has been kept shedded, has newer V belts, several newer hydraulic hoses, and decent tires. 540 PTO. I used a 60 hp tractor and would not recommend less. All hydraulic motors work fine. The bad part is that the mixer has several spots that leak feed, so those will need patched and a chain comes off every few loads. The chain probably is just stretched and needs replaced. Overall I think it would make a good grinder for someone willing to give it a bit of TLC, or just grind on a tarp to catch the leakage, like I did. I am asking $1000 but that is a guess and am open to reasonable offers.
