Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
* Schedule and coordinate appointments and projects
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area
* Provide general administrative support to the team
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
