• Serviced August 2024: Installed all new bearings/races and seals. Packed with grease (not oil). Installed all new hydraulic brakes, added brake fluid and bled the lines. Inspected the actuator. Brakes work well. Inspected tires. Replaced one, repaired one and mounted a new spare tire and wheel. Next inspected ramps. Attached eye-bolt latches to secure ramps down and keep them from rattling. Straightened the pieces of flat to keep the ramps in the upright position and mounted with new snapper pins. Welded on a clip for the jack handle. Greased jack and inspected safety chains and coupler. Added some deck screws to secure a few boards. Inspected lights- all are working. The trailer is ready to go!
