Location: Osborne, Kansas

Hours:

  • Monday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Your Role:

As our Office Support Staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our office runs smoothly. Under supervision, you'll provide various support services, greet patients and the public with a warm smile, and help keep our schedules organized.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A blend of education and experience that equips you with the skills needed for success. Ideally, you’ll have completed the 12th grade or its equivalent, along with some coursework in modern office practices, or have a year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in technology is a must! You should be comfortable using computers, software applications, printers, scanners, telephones, and more.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to learn about new technology and processes.

Your Major Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Welcoming Patients: Greet patients, families, and the general public with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Phone Wizardry: Handle all incoming calls with grace and efficiency.
  • New Patient Assistance: Help process new patients by managing their paperwork and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Data Entry Expert: Input new patient information promptly before clinical staff sees them.
  • Appointment Management: Assist with scheduling, re-scheduling, and cancellations to keep our calendars running smoothly.
  • Financial Accuracy: Maintain petty cash, prepare bank deposits, and ensure office supplies are well-stocked.
  • Record Management: Update and maintain patient records according to our policies.
  • Mail Handler: Process incoming and outgoing mail to keep communication flowing.
